They are very personable, know us by name, take the time to explain and answer our questions. As an example, my dad recently had some unauthorized charges show up on his account. We weren't sure what had happened but Cherie took the time to investigate and look into this and the last I checked with my dad he said he will be reimbursed for these charges. Additionally, my daughter's car needed her windshield replaced. State Farm gave a recommendation on an Auto Glass company they partner with. This company took care of filing the claim for me and taking care of the replacement in a timely manner. "I got moved to David's office after Ron Runck retired. (I was extremely happy with Ron's office.) I didn't have any complaints with David's office until I had a homeowner's claim in July 2024. The adjustor's denied I had any storm damage even though it was very evident, and the storm hit my neighborhood hard. I wrote a one page letter addressed to David expressing my frustration and deceitful practices I witnessed from the adjustors. His reply was, "Andrew, I will forward your concerns to the claims department along with the pictures you attached. Sincerely, David" I was forced to take the route of hiring a public adjustor. After the inspection, I was awarded full roof, siding, gutters, downspouts, and fascia. The adjustors and referee said it was crazy I had to go to such lengths when the damage was so obvious. It was disheartening to see David's lack of interest and failure to help us out, especially after being a 30 year State Farm Policy holder with no frivolous claims. I had a similar situation while being insured with Ron Runck. It took one phone call to Ron's office and things were dealt with promptly. Needless to say, I am no longer with State Farm."
